Briefly about me
Hi! I'm Daniel Aviv Notario, I'm an undergraduate student of Computation Science Engineering in University of Chile.
I think I'm a passionate person, I'm not afraid of failure and I love solving problems as they occur.
My interests
I love software engineering. My interest are in software visualization and creation of profilers. Also I like videogame programming (as I'm a gamer myself ;)).
My non-Smalltalk experiences so far
I've worked on several languages during my studies at the University, languajes such as: Python, Java, Haskell, Scheme, PHP, HTML + Javascript.
My Smalltalk experiences so far
I've recently done an internship in Object Profile, where I learned Smalltalk in the Pharo environment and worked a little bit with software visualization. I'm currently taking a course where I program in Smalltalk.
Why am I interested in Smalltalk?
I think Smalltalk is such a nice and neat language to work with, because of them small and expressive statements.
Also Pharo environment is such a nice way to program, its debbuger is the most frinedly debugger I've ever seen.
Will I stay with Smalltalk after the project is finished?
Of course, I kind of "fall in love" with it :D
